 How can I track or check the status my order?

You will be sent an email when you order is shipped which will include a tracking number for your package.

All orders are shipped with Canada Post. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations cannot be guaranteed - once an item is dispatched, we cannot cancel your order.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Due to COVID 19 - your order may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. 

Please be mindful that your delivery time DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.
